20 Years of Innovation, Impact, and Partnership

Back

In 2025, IVCC proudly celebrates 20 years of driving innovation in vector control. With an initial grant from the Gates Foundation, IVCC was established as the world’s first Product Development Partnership (PDP) for vector control.

Today, our work is made possible by a diverse network of funders, scientific and policy institutions, and industry partners, all committed to the fight against malaria. Over the past two decades, collaboration and innovation have been at the heart of our mission:

“To improve and save the lives of vulnerable populations impacted by mosquito-borne diseases through the delivery of a sustainable toolbox of vector control solutions.”

Through these partnerships, we have tackled some of the greatest challenges in vector control, from insecticide resistance to developing next-generation tools that protect communities most at risk. Our new 20th-anniversary booklet captures the achievements and collective impact made possible by our dedicated partners.

A New Look for a New Era

As we celebrate this milestone, we are also embracing the future with a refreshed brand identity and a new website. Our updated look reflects our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and impact, blending vibrant and trusted tones that symbolise dependability. With this new chapter, we reaffirm our commitment to developing innovative vector control solutions and working alongside our partners to achieve our shared vision of Saving lives, protecting health and increasing prosperity by preventing insect-borne diseases.
